When Nintendo and Sega create the first “Mario” and “Sonic The Hedgehog” for their respectively video game console about 20 years ago, and fighting for the market share of the console market, no one except to see these two most famous console games icon to be in the same game.

Gamers will compete in events around venues based on official locations for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Featuring a supporting cast of recognizable faces from the world of both Sonic and Mario, players can choose from a range of characters including Luigi, Knuckles, Yoshi, and Tails. More characters will be announced at a future date.

So, when is this game going to be released? According to Sega web site, this game is going to be released in 2007 Christmas Season, so start saving now.

Sorry for guys with a console from Microsoft or Sony, this game is only available in Nintendo Wii and DS.
